BLANKET SCARF TUTORIAL

I don't know about all you guys, but I have an obsession with blanket scarves!!! I recently discovered the best place to purchase adorable blanket scarves that are under $30 - ilymix! Plus, you can receive an extra 20% off with code: Tyler20 ... Yayyy!!!
I use to struggle with how to tie a blanket scarf, so I have done a tutorial for ya'll! Hope you enjoy! If you have any questions, leave a comment!

Blanket scarves are so much fun because of how big they are!!! All blanket scarves will come in the shape of a square.

First off, you will want to fold the square into a triangle. Make sure the tip of the triangle is pointed down, because that will be the main part showing when finished!

Drape the triangle over your shoulders. Again, make sure the tip of the triangle is pointed down.

Grab each end of the scarf and pull them around your neck! The next four pictures are demonstrating this.

Once you have pulled both ends around your neck you are one step away from rocking your blanket scarf. Next, you will tuck each end under the giant triangle! I normally have to mess around with mine a bit, I keep tucking, and I pull it looser around the neck, and then I sometimes shift the way the triangle is pointed! This part is really all up to you, because it doesn't have to be perfect!!! The blanket scarf is supposed to be a statement piece, so it being a bit large is a BONUS! Plus, blanket scarves are super warm and keep you from getting too chilly on cooler fall days/nights or cold winter days/nights!

You have now finished mastering the blanket scarf!!! Now, go get yourself a pumpkin spice latte to treat yourself!!!
