I don't know about you guys... but after purchasing tons of Christmas gifts, I'm running low on funds, so a cute, but inexpensive New Year's Eve outfit is right up my alley!!! I have a huge obsession right now with anything velvet, leather, and sequin (as one can tell by my outfit selections - haha)!!! I posted a pic on my insta story of my new fave ornament and it seemed to be a hit... so I decided to quickly put a blog post up for all of you that were interested!!! Personalized ornaments make for the perfect Christmas gift (& these are only $22)! I received my personalized ornament from my boyfriend's family, and it's one of the most meaningful gifts I have ever received!!! My Aussie, Finley means the world to me... so when I opened up my gift from them and saw a gold Australian Shepherd with Finley written on it, I flipped out!!! How thoughtful of them to get me an ornament of my sweet baby boy!?!! What a great idea for all you animal lovers out there!!! Also, for ones that don't have fur babies... don't worry, I posted other adorable personalized ornaments below!!! :) ENJOY!

Just click on the ornament you like and you will be directed to the website - easy as pie!!!

It's almost Christmas ya'll!!! YIPPIE!!! I figured I would get in one gift idea blog post before it's too late!!! Some of these items above I own, and I'm obsessed with! Others, are items that have been on my wish list this Christmas - a girl can dream right?!! Even though it's fun to give and receive I hope each and every one of us remembers the real reason behind Christmas! It's easy to get caught up in all the gift giving (trust me, I'm one to blame) but at the end of the day there is more to Christmas - the birth of Jesus Christ!!!

 Merry Almost Christmas!!!

Update: I'm excited to say that this week I finished Nursing School!!! I had to put the blog on hold because I started to feel extremely overwhelmed with school work, clinical, studying, applying for jobs, etc. My grades were starting to suffer because I was taking too much on! These past two years have been extremely hard. Nursing was nothing like Fashion Merchandising (which was what I got my degree in at East Carolina). I had to learn how to take tests differently, prioritize better, handle copious amounts of stress, and so on. I was pushed to limits I didn't even know I could be pushed to. These past two years have definitely been the hardest years of my life, but boy.... they have been so incredible! I can't begin to thank God enough for all the blessings in my life. I wouldn't of been able to get through nursing school without Him, my wonderful family, incredible boyfriend, and loving friends!!! The constant love and support everyone showed me is what kept me going! I am not going to lie.... juggling school life and social life was a tad bit difficult, but everyone was just so amazing and uplifting throughout it all! I can't forget to mention my nursing school family... The friends I have made during this whole process are friends I will have for a lifetime. So touched and incredibly thankful for each and every one that's been a part of this journey alongside me. Even though I have completed Nursing School, it's not over yet.... I have to pass the NCLEX! So I will be studying from here on out.... well until I take the exam of course! I will have more time to dedicate to the blog with studying being my only commitment as of right now!!! + once I pass the NCLEX (fingers crossed that I do) I will have tons of time to dedicate to the blog!!! I seriously can not thank you all enough for hanging in there with me throughout all of this and continuing to support me in both my dreams!!! It means the absolute world to me!!!

Happy Almost Friday - Cheers!!!
